What this site collects, and what happens to it.

Who we are

Limitless Digital Co (LDC) is run by Ashley Ruperto in Wollongong, NSW, Australia. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site, and only when you choose to.

• The AI Exposure Check. Your first name, email address, business type, staff band, turnover band, whether you work in health or government, an adviser's name if you give one, your ten yes-or-no answers, and the score they produce.
• The change-note sign-up at the bottom of most pages. Your first name and email address, and which page you signed up from.
• The contact form. Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
• Booking a call. The booking page is run by our scheduling provider and collects the details it asks for at the time.
• The chat widget. If you use it, what you type and the contact details you give.

We do not ask for, and do not want, client or patient information about anyone else. If you put someone else's personal information into a form on this site, we will delete it.

What we use it for

• To reply to you.
• To show you the Exposure Check result and point you to the page that answers it.
• To send the monthly change note, if you ticked the box asking for it. One email a month when a rule changes. Nothing else is sent to that list.
• To keep a record of who has contacted us so we do not ask you the same questions twice.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, and only so they can do the job described.

Where it is stored

Form submissions, bookings and chat messages are stored in our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts data on servers that may be outside Australia, including in the United States. Email is handled by Google. By submitting a form you agree to your information being stored with these providers. We do not use any other third party to process the information you give us.

Automated decisions

The Exposure Check score is calculated by a simple count of your yes answers. It is shown to you and stored with your submission. It is not used to make any decision about you, and no decision about you on this site is made by an automated system.

Cookies and analytics

This site is hosted on GoHighLevel, which may set cookies needed for the pages, forms and chat widget to work. We may use standard analytics to see which pages are read. We do not run advertising tracking.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the change note using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
• See, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will answer within 30 days.
• Complain. Email us first. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Data breaches

If information we hold about you is lost or accessed without authority and is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you, and the OAIC, in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

The date at the top is the date this page last changed. When it changes, the change is noted here.
