Where the method came from.
For over a decade I worked as a Business Analyst inside some of the most complex operations in the NSW public sector: health districts, supply chains, continuous improvement programs. Workflows that touched hundreds of people, and that had quietly been broken for years.
One pattern repeated everywhere I looked. The problem was rarely the tools. It was the way the work moved underneath them. Redesign the workflow, and the technology finally had something solid to stand on.
I built Limitless Digital Co to bring that same discipline to small and medium businesses: the ones quietly held together by an owner who has become the system. Map how it really runs, redesign it so it runs without them, then put AI where it earns its place.
