Three ways to work together. Every engagement starts the same way: we agree what fixing your operation is worth before you spend a dollar building anything.
You know something's leaking. Time, money, or both. The audit puts a dollar figure on it. A 90-minute session, two weeks of analysis, and a written report you own, whatever you decide to do next.
A monthly retainer where I act as your external AI and operations adviser. Not your operations manager. Not your staff. The thinking partner you call before you make a decision, at a price that fits small to medium businesses. Some clients start here straight after the audit, with me in their corner while they grow. Others add it after a Build, to keep the systems performing. Either way the job is the same: decisions made well. What to adopt, what to ignore, and what to fix next.
The audit names what to fix first. The Build installs the fix. Full workflow redesign and system build for one priority area of your business, delivered in phases over eight to twelve weeks. You own the system, the data, and the documentation. Built on your platforms, not locked to mine.
If your question is not here, the free strategy call is the right place to ask it.
If you want the numbers before you commit to anything ongoing, start with the Operational Audit. It gives you the map, the leak costs, and the roadmap, and you can stop there. If you already know the backend needs real work, or you have a solid operation and want a straight answer on where AI fits, Limitless Operations is built for that: a consultant in the business with you month to month. Not sure? That is what the free strategy call is for. I will tell you which door fits, or whether neither does.
Not always. The audit is the right entry when you want a build scoped accurately, because it is what makes the Build quote real rather than a guess. But if your operation already runs well and you mainly want ongoing AI guidance, you can start on Limitless Operations without an audit. The strategy call sorts out which path saves you money.
Australian small to medium businesses across service and trade industries: health and wellness, property management, hospitality, professional services, trades. The common thread is not an industry. It is an owner who either runs everything through themselves and wants out, or runs a tidy operation and wants AI in the right place. I do not work with pre-revenue businesses or businesses without a real operational problem to solve.
Often the most useful engagements are with owners whose operations already work. The risk there is not a broken business, it is spending money on AI in the wrong place. I map where AI genuinely earns its keep in your specific workflows, tell you where it does not, and build only what pays for itself. You get a straight answer instead of a guess.
The core stack is GoHighLevel, Make.com, Stripe, the Claude API, and Apps Script, with supporting tools as the workflow needs them. I build with tools I have proven inside real businesses, on your platforms, not locked to mine. If your business needs something outside that stack, I will tell you.
Every engagement runs under a documented data privacy and governance policy. Client data stays inside the tools you already use or the ones I install for you. I do not paste your data into free AI tools, and I do not share client information across engagements. The full policy is available on request before signing.
No outcome is guaranteed before the audit, and anyone who guarantees one is selling noise. What I commit to is this: if your numbers do not stack up for a build, I tell you on the call, not after taking the engagement. Every build is anchored to a measurable outcome agreed upfront, and after launch I stay 30 days watching it work against that outcome. If we have not hit it, support extends until we do.
The audit takes two to three weeks. A build typically runs eight to twelve weeks depending on scope. Limitless Operations is ongoing, with a six-month minimum then month to month. The audit can usually start within two weeks of signing.
It starts with a 30-minute strategy call. We'll identify your highest-impact opportunity and tell you what fixing it is worth. If you're not ready, I'll say so.
